There’s something truly magical about the Sitecore community, and the Sitecore MVP program sits right at its heart. These incredible professionals work tirelessly, helping each other and Sitecore customers without ever asking for anything in return. It was an honor and a source of immense pride to be part of this elite group at this year’s Sitecore Symposium.
Honestly, there’s no better way to attend Symposium than as an MVP! A huge thank you to Sitecore for having VIP protocol for all MVPs throughout the event it truly made the experience exceptional.
MVP Summit 2025
The MVP Summit, which followed a great party at Universal Studios Orlando (making it slightly tough to get back to work), is one of the most important events in the Sitecore world. It’s where we get a dedicated forum to ask and discuss questions directly with the Sitecore Product Teams.
Our day kicked off bright and early on at 8:00 AM with a refreshing breakfast, complete with coffee and snacks. At 9:00 AM, the Summit officially started.
A Well-Deserved Standing Ovation
The day began with a huge thank you to Tamas Varga, who is doing an absolutely amazing job bridging the gap between Sitecore MVPs and Sitecore. His commitment to the community is outstanding, and we were thrilled to give him a big round of applause.
Following Tamas, Sitecore’s Chief Marketing Officer, Michelle BB, welcomed us all and praised Tamas’s efforts, leading to another, very well-deserved, standing ovation for him!
Sitecore Marketplace
The excitement continued with what felt like a huge leap forward for Sitecore the Sitecore Marketplace.
Presented by Krassi and Tim, this session showcased Sitecore’s commitment to innovation, extensibility, and fostering a powerful ecosystem. As this is a brand new offering, we received a sneak peek into what’s currently available and what’s on the roadmap. Few things we learned are

- Public Apps in Sitecore Marketplace
- Extension Points
- APIs currently offered
- Roadmap
- Approval process and timeline
- Current Vision on Community Apps
The questions from the community were fantastic and helped everyone gain a clearer understanding of the platform and where Sitecore is heading. The discussion was so interesting that we almost ran out of time! We had to cut it short to move on to the next major topic.
Unified Data Layer
The Unified Data Layer session was presented by Tim and Derek where we learned about the Evolution of Sitecore’s Customer Data Platform (CDP) into a centralized, integrated data layer powering the entire SitecoreAl ecosystem
Features:
- Centralizes and manages customer data
- Tracks behavioural signals & interaction history across channels.
- Enables personalization, search optimization, and experience
- orchestration by feeding unified data into Al agents and workflows.
This was another absolute blast of insight into Sitecore’s data strategy and some insights into what is coming next.
Agentic Studio
Next session was presented by Mo with a deep dive into Agentic Studio where we learned about Unified capability in SitecoreAl
- Groups search and personalization to drive goal based outcomes.
- Understands intent to surface the most relevant content, lets you experiment and continuously fine tune.
- Built in measurements that lets you discover what works, lets you iterate quickly and life conversions.
- Turn intent into Outcomes
We also got a peak into Conversion Optimization Roadmap, Targeting your audience, Indexing content using Search Sources and drag and drop Search Components. AI roadmap vision and direction, AI Powered foundation, Marketer CMP and Agent APIs.
Connecting Over Lunch and Learning More
At 11:45 AM, we broke for lunch, where we enjoyed some amazing food and continued our discussions with fellow MVPs. These networking breaks are just as valuable as the sessions themselves!
The afternoon sessions kept the momentum going:
- Sitecore AI with Ru, exploring the intelligent future of the platform. Unified Navigation and Sitecore Studio
- SitecoreAI Pathway with Jes. Pathway is an interesting new Marketplace Application, and it definitely sparked a lot of great questions from the community.
The Grand Finale: Roundtable Discussions
After a quick coffee break at 2:30 PM, the day culminated in the highly anticipated Roundtable Discussions. Starting at 3:00 PM, we split into five groups for quick, 20-minute discussions across 20 different topics. It was a high energy, fast paced way to cover a ton of ground and get direct feedback into the product teams.
Finally, at 4:45 PM, Tamas gave his closing remarks, and we said our goodbyes to what was an absolutely incredible Sitecore Symposium and MVP Summit.
