After having a blast on day 2 of the Sitecore Symposium we are now into the final day of the Symposium. Day 3 brought Sitecore’s vision for the future into clear focus a future defined by AI-powered creativity, composable innovation, and human-centered experiences.

Breakfast
As usual the day started with breakfast in the Atlantic Hall. Enjoyed a delicious spread of morning favorites and hot coffee while connecting with fellow attendees. It’s the perfect way to recharge and get ready for another day of insights and inspiration.

Marketing on your terms: SaaS without compromise
The energy on the main stage was electric as Sitecore unveiled Studio, a breakthrough innovation layer for the SitecoreAI platform that is set to redefine the enterprise experience.
Enterprises have long wrestled with a tough trade-off the speed and simplicity of SaaS versus the necessary flexibility to make technology truly their own. Sitecore Studio ends that compromise, delivering Custom SaaS that beautifully combines cloud agility with essential enterprise control.
Studio is the innovation heart of SitecoreAI, the next-generation digital experience platform that unifies content, data, and personalization in one intelligent system. Here’s why this launch matters:
- Customization at Scale: Studio turns SitecoreAI from a ready-made platform into a customizable toolkit, empowering brands to shape technology around their unique processes, workflows, and goals.
- A Connected Workspace: Built for extensibility, Studio offers a governed, connected environment where marketers, developers, and partners can securely design and deploy their own AI agents, connectors, and extensions at scale.
- Five Environments, One Ecosystem: Through connected environments including Agentic Studio, App Studio, Sitecore Connect, and Marketplace teams can build, extend, and share innovations across the entire Sitecore ecosystem.
Together, SitecoreAI and Studio form a living system where human creativity and intelligent automation blend seamlessly, driving continuous innovation with enterprise-grade governance.

Exploring how AI, data, and digital innovation are transforming marketing, customer experiences, and enterprise growth.
Next, Sitecore CMO Michelle Boockoff-Bajdek joined Talisha Padgett from Microsoft for “Designed Intelligence: Balancing AI Efficiency with Human Empathy.” They discussed how AI can make marketing faster and smarter, but real impact still depends on human creativity and trust. As Talisha put it, responsible innovation isn’t about replacing people it’s about empowering them.
Stories That Inspire and Connect
One of the most moving sessions was “The Human Side of Digital,” featuring leaders from Wellspan, General Assembly, the American Heart Association, and Perficient. Each shared how Sitecore helps them create meaningful digital experiences improving patient care, expanding access to education, and inspiring communities. It was a great reminder that technology’s true power lies in its purpose.
Later, Michelle Boockoff-Bajdek and Salesforce’s Patrick Barrett discussed how brands can bridge the gap between customer data and customer context. Their key insight was personalization starts with empathy understanding what people need in real time, not just who they are.
