Sitecore Symposium 2025 Day 2 – SitecoreAI, SitecoreAI Pathway, Agentic Studio and Savannah Bananas five E’s

After an incredible first day at the Sitecore Symposium we are now ready for day two which promised biggest announcements from Sitecore. As a Sitecore MVP we were given exclusive front row access, I got to hear from the Sitecore leadership team CEO Eric Stine, CMO Michelle Boockoff-Bajdek, CPO Roger Connolly, and COO Dave Tilbury and connect with an inspiring community. The launch of SitecoreAI, officially marking the AI-first era of digital experience was the highlight of the day.

Here’s a look at Day 2, a day full of keynotes, hands-on sessions, customer stories, and a few unforgettable moments.

7:30 AM – 8:30 AM – Breakfast, Registration, and Connections

Day 2 started early. Attendees connected over an excellent Americaneagle.com sponsored breakfast buffet in the Atlantic Hall starting at 7:30 AM before making their way to the main stage in the Pacific Hall.

8:30 AM – 9:00 AM – Opening Keynote by Sitecore CEO Eric Stine about SitecoreAI

In Pacific Hall, Eric Stine set the stage: today’s disconnected tools create fragmented experiences. Marketing hasn’t failed it’s outgrown the old playbook. With AI agents and the agentic web here, Sitecore is prioritizing augmentation over automation and relevance over reach. In the biggest announcement of the day, we unveiled SitecoreAI, officially stepping in the AI-first era of digital experience.

SitecoreAI is the next-generation, SaaS-native DXP that puts artificial intelligence at the center of marketing and directly in the hands of marketers.

It brings together Sitecore’s core systems CMS, DAM, MRM, CMP, CDP & Personalize, and Search into one intelligent system that learns as it works.

The centerpiece is Agentic Studio, a collaborative workspace where marketers and AI plan, create, and personalize experiences. Studio debuts with 20+ ready-made agents that automate workflows, from campaign planning to content migration, and enables anyone to design custom agents with simple visual tools no coding required.

The platform runs on Microsoft Azure and evolves directly from XM Cloud, requiring no migration. This means customers get immediate access to Agentic Studio under unified security and governance.

9:00 AM – 9:40 AM – The AI Advantage in Action

Roger Connolly took the stage with leaders from Infor, Regal Rexnord, AFL Global, Berkeley Homes, and Hexagon who are all already live on SitecoreAI.

9:40 AM – 10:00 AM – Modern Marketing Made Simple by Dave Tilbury

Dave Tilbury then provided the crucial roadmap with the SitecoreAI Pathway, ensuring that this leap into the future is a confident one, not a blind jump. His session, “Modern marketing made simple,” focused on how Sitecore is actively removing barriers to bold execution, making simplicity the new strategic advantage.

10:00 AM – 10:20 AM – Customer Spotlights Vizient & GoTo

Vizient demonstrated how they personalized digital experiences at scale in the complex healthcare sector, while GoTo, working with Altudo, shared results from their migration to Sitecore XM Cloud:

Sitecore Chief Marketing Officer wrapped up an inspiring first day of learning, connection, and innovation. Michelle shared key takeaways, celebrated standout moments, and set the stage for an exciting day ahead.

11:30 AM – 1:00 PM – Networking Industry Lunch – Atlantic Hall

Industry buffet lunch helped everyone fuel up and recharge! Connect with peers, share insights, and gear up for an afternoon packed with innovation and new opportunities. Tables were setup to match your industry to network with fellow professionals. Industries include: Healthcare, Technology, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Travel/Hospitality.

In the Solutions Pavilion, HelixGuard was showcased as an AI co-pilot for Sitecore, blending intelligence, analytics, and automation to enhance performance, governance, and experience delivery.

12:25 PM – MRM UK’s XMC Accelerator: Elevating Digital Experiences
MRM UK demonstrated how its XM Cloud Accelerator streamlines migrations to XM Cloud, modernizing both application and infrastructure stacks for faster digital transformation.

1:45 PM – Creating an AI-Powered Content Supply Chain for Regulatory Markets
This session in Southern Hemisphere V explored how regulated industries like healthcare and finance can use AI and Sitecore workflows to transform complex data into clear, compliant, and engaging content — reducing approval times and improving scalability.

2:30 PM – Your First Marketplace App, Ready in Minutes
In a hands-on workshop in the Americas Seminar Room, developers built their first marketplace apps using Sitecore XM Cloud. With guidance from experts, participants learned best practices, set up environments, and created working apps in under an hour.

3:00 PM – Afternoon Break
Attendees took a well-earned hour to recharge, network, and explore the Solutions Pavilion.

3:30 PM – Marketplace Hackerspace
Developers gathered in the Solutions Pavilion for a live, collaborative coding experience. The Marketplace Hackerspace gave participants the chance to build extensions using Sitecore SDKs, the Blok Design System, and AI-powered tooling highlighting XM Cloud’s flexibility and developer experience.

4:45 PM – How Sitecore’s AI Features Can Supercharge the Content Lifecycle
In Southern Hemisphere II, this session demonstrated how Sitecore’s AI tools streamline the entire content journey from planning and creation in Stream and Content Hub, to page building, A/B testing, and personalization in XM Cloud.

5:15 PM – 6:45 PM – Solutions Pavilion Happy Hour

The day concluded with the Solutions Pavilion Happy Hour, sponsored by One North, providing the perfect environment for reflection, connection, and celebration. Attendees also joined partner dinners to continue discussions sparked throughout the day.
